As a partner, you benefit from a verified profile on PianoHub. Dealers can additionally list their available pianos with little effort, exclusively or in addition to their own website. PianoHub acts only as a listing and search platform that brings attention to your offers and establishes contact. The sale or service itself is handled by you as usual.

As a partner, you need commercial expertise around pianos and good service, whether from your own store or as a mobile service business.
For Dealers
Specialist dealer for keyboard instruments
You are a professional dealer for pianos, grand pianos, or digital pianos.
Specialist business with in-person advice
Customers can view and try out your instruments in person – e.g. in a store or workshop. You have the expertise to give them competent advice on the purchase and the instrument.
For Service Providers
Commercial piano service
You commercially offer one or more piano services, such as tuning, repair, restoration, transport, or appraisal.
Business address
No physical store is required, but your business address is needed to verify that your specialist business is genuine. Separately, your postal code and city are required for location search in the Partner Directory.
What makes managing your offering as a partner so easy?
Service providers maintain their service offerings directly and clearly in their own partner profile. Dealers additionally manage their listings as lists: instead of manually creating individual listings, they can create or update any number of listings on PianoHub in one go, effortlessly increasing the reach of their offerings, which would otherwise often attract attention only at a regional level. Operating an additional partner website where these offers can also be found is not a contradiction, but actually makes perfect sense. The partner listings on PianoHub can then link directly to the partner's own website, where interested users can find further information about the partner's business or the individual offers themselves. Sounds great, right?

Fast and organized editing
Edit listings directly in the browser or locally in Excel as a CSV file – no email delivery of edit links required. All listings can be managed centrally in one place.
Up to 30 images per listing
Partners can create listings with up to 30 images, while listings for regular users are limited to 6 images.
Videos of your instruments in listings
As a partner, you can embed videos from third-party platforms like YouTube or Vimeo directly in your listings. This lets you present interested buyers with a sound sample of the instrument being played, directly in the listing.
Filterable partner listings
Users can specifically filter for partner listings to see only offers from verified dealers.

Precise location information
Dealers display the full address instead of just the postal code on their listings. This makes planning a visit for a trial play or on-site appointment easier and does not require prior communication. Service providers can optionally also share their full address on their profile.

If you have stored your website in your partner account, it will be linked in your listings or on your partner profile. Interested parties can go directly from there to your website and obtain further information.

Perfect! Use the CSV import function to transfer them to PianoHub. Our guide for AI-assisted conversion helps you convert your data into the required format. The CSV filling guide also provides detailed explanations of all columns, data types, and validation rules. Do you prefer editing directly in the browser? No problem – as a partner, you can also edit your list files conveniently in your partner account without CSV import.
Partner Application
The process is simple and transparent. Get your partner account in three steps:
Submit Application
Use the partner application form (button below) and provide the required information. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email.
Required information:
- Name of the business
- Business email address, website (if available)
- Business address (street, number, postal code, city, country)
Verification by Support
Our team verifies the authenticity of your business and request based on the provided data. Follow-up questions may be asked if needed.
Partner Account & API Key
After successful verification and your agreement to the Terms and Conditions, we create your partner account with the data you provided and send you a personal access code (API key) for your partner dashboard.
