This Kawai CE-7 has been a part of our family for many years, and I learned to play on it myself. Due to a move, we are now parting with it with a heavy heart, as there is already a piano at our new home. We hope it finds a home where it will be played again. The piano was always placed against an interior wall in the living room, in a smoke-free home, free from humidity, and never in the basement. Technical Condition and Maintenance: Regularly serviced and tuned by a master piano technician, most recently on May 15, 2026, to a¹ = 440 Hz (invoice available and can be viewed during inspection). All keys, pedals, and the original action function perfectly; the instrument is ready to play immediately. The middle pedal activates the damper (felt strips between the hammers and strings), ideal for quiet practice. Cosmetic Condition: Well-maintained for its age, with normal signs of use. There is superficial damage to the veneer in the lower right rear corner (see detailed photo); according to the piano technician, this is purely cosmetic and does not affect function, stability, or sound. Not visible when the piano is placed against a wall.
