Kawai Upright Piano

Properties

Description

For sale: a beautiful Kawai BL-12 upright piano in glossy black, purchased from the renowned Picone Pianoforti store in Como. The instrument is structurally flawless, has a sturdy action, excellent bass tones, and a cabinet in excellent condition. It is equipped with a Silent System for playing with headphones (ideal for apartment buildings). THE PRICE OF €3,000 INCLUDES SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION arranged and paid for by us (valid for Como, Milan, Varese, Monza, and their respective provinces, for deliveries to accessible floors or those with a suitable elevator or freight elevator. For special circumstances, arrangements will be made in advance). Note on technical transparency: The instrument was recently inspected by the store’s technician. We note only two details typical of wear and tear on the Silent system: 1. When playing quickly in acoustic mode, the system produces a slight mechanical noise (a “tick-tock” sound with each stroke), which is a structural characteristic of this older model and does not affect the sound through the headphones. 2. The electronic pedal sensor in Silent mode requires electronic recalibration (a service already quoted by the technician at just €70). Available for trial at any time in Como. A perfect opportunity for anyone looking for a ready-to-play instrument, without the stress and expense of having to arrange a move at their own expense.
