Origin: This Bechstein grand piano comes from Munich. It was purchased around 50 years ago by a passionate amateur pianist at Klavierhaus Lang and was regularly maintained thereafter. Due to a relocation, it was then sold. Work carried out: The piano had evidently been fully restored prior to its previous purchase. We have readjusted the action. - All wear parts were inspected and replaced where necessary; screws were tightened - New regulation of the action - Acoustic system inspected Description: The instrument has a rather lyrical tone. With a length of 203 cm, it provides sufficient depth of sound to fill medium to large rooms. The refurbished action meets high to semi-professional standards. Surface / Design: The surface is generally in good condition with no significant damage. Over time, however, it has slightly faded, and some parts of the case are lighter than others. With a new shellac polish, the rosewood piano would become a real showpiece; professionally done, this would cost around €5,000.
